Community Account Manager

Job Description

As a Community Account Manager, you will: - Be the main point of contact and represent Gigstreem for assigned properties. - Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with property managers, leasing teams, and ownership groups. - Serve as a trusted advisor, educating, guiding, and supporting property teams to ensure residents have a positive internet experience. - Proactively monitor property and resident experiences, identifying and addressing issues before they escalate. - Work with internal teams to quickly resolve issues, communicate updates, and ensure follow-through. - Implement strategies to increase resident satisfaction, adoption, and long-term property success. - Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for account expansion, including upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services. - Prepare and deliver regular, clear, and insightful reports to clients using internal ticketing data, analytics, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Community Account Manager, you should possess: 1. Strong organizational and time-management skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities while coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders. 2. Reporting & analytical skills: Comfortable analyzing performance metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to inform decisions and recommendations. 3. Presentation & meeting leadership: Confident leading property meetings, presenting performance reviews, and addressing escalations professionally and calmly while advocating for both the client and Gigstreem. 4. Product expertise & continuous learning: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Gigstreem’s products, systems, and processes; deliver effective training to property teams to ensure strong adoption and utilization. 5. Professional presence: Personable, polished, and composed, able to build trust quickly and represent Gigstreem with credibility at all times.
