Communications Project Manager

Job Description

Join our team as a Communications Project Manager, where you will oversee client initiatives by effectively managing project scope, schedules, resources, and budgets. You'll ensure timely and high-quality delivery through close coordination with internal teams and external vendors. Your responsibilities will include leading project planning, facilitating meetings, managing risks, and handling scope changes. You will also support the sales process for both new and ongoing projects. This involves collaborating with vendors to gather project estimates, aligning with stakeholders to define project expectations, and meticulously managing project requirements, constraints, and assumptions using effective gathering techniques. Additionally, you will conduct thorough project and process evaluations, scorecard reviews, and documentation. Focus on enhancing team performance through effective leadership, mentoring, training, and motivation. Manage print projects, including meticulous proof review and approval. You will provide essential support and financial data to the client lead/sales team, ensuring project scope changes are managed through approved methods.

Qualifications

1. Project Management Experience within Product and Design. 2. Ability to consult and ask appropriate questions. 3. Strong foundation in guiding and assisting teams and individuals. 4. Experience in client/vendor facing consulting. 5. Knowledge of benefits compensation, retirement plans, health plans, as well as equity and other HR rewards programs. 6. Ability to translate business requirements into functional technical specifications. 7. Detail-oriented and well-organized. 8. Hold a bachelor's or relevant work experience demonstrating expertise. 9. Excellent organizational skills. 10. Understanding of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, HTML. 11. Experience in XD (IN5) preferred. 12. Knowledge of production and post-production process for digital and print. 13. Excellent project management skills. 14. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
