Job Description

Become a Commercial Operations Specialist and play a crucial role in managing customer contracts and the onboarding process for World Kinect's North America Land Retail sector. You will handle contract renewals, ensure accuracy in contract terms, and maintain a centralized contract repository for compliance. This involves supporting contract activities, coordinating customer site transitions, and acting as a liaison between Sales and internal teams to enhance customer pipeline visibility. Manage onboarding workflows, provide regular updates, and deliver comprehensive reporting.

Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of experience in customer support, onboarding, contracts, or sales operations. 2. Familiarity with the U.S. land retail fuel marketplace. 3. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience). 4. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. 5. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 6. Analytical, solutions-focused mindset with a desire to improve processes. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems.
