Job Description

Join our Sales team to craft competitive proposals and strategies that secure wins. Spearhead the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) proposal process for both Core and Complex Control Projects. Review and navigate customer tender conditions, pinpointing deviations and crafting mitigation strategies in collaboration with subject matter experts. Work closely with commercial leaders, specialists, and teams to define project scope, costs, risks, and pricing that align with both customer needs and GE Vernova's goals. Assess risks, oversee tender schedules, and ensure timely approvals and submissions. Present deal proposals to the Commercial Review Board (CRB), adhering to ITO protocols. Engage in commercial and technical discussions and lead contract negotiations with clients. Oversee advance release processes and support smooth transitions with the Order-to-Remittance (OTR) team, ensuring accurate financial and scope representation. Utilize Salesforce.com to track proposal risks and pipeline forecasts. Facilitate communication at all levels, including leading deal reviews with senior management. Take ownership of the ITO commercial process, aiding other organizational functions as required. Drive LEAN initiatives and commercial enhancements.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent. 2. Over 2 years of experience in power generation projects and tendering processes. 3. Willingness to travel, approximately 10% of the time. 4. Over 2 years of experience in drafting contracts, handling both commercial and legal aspects within customer agreements. 5. Over 2 years of experience in public tendering, knowledge of regional procurement rules and regulations.
