Commercial Lines Producer

Job Description

Trucordia is seeking a Commercial Lines Producer to meet established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The role involves utilizing Trucordia sales and marketing tools to execute results-oriented activities such as cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business. The Producer will act as a subject matter expert, managing a book of business to support high renewal rates. Collaboration with Client Service is essential for analyzing renewal business and placing new business accounts, following Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications

1. Must have a State-issued Property and Casualty License. 2. Must have a 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related area of study. 3. Must have 2-5 years of experience in an insurance sales role. 4. Must be proficient with professional programs such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce. 5. Must have demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication.
