Join our team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager and play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships and expanding our business. This position involves managing new and renewal business, handling endorsement requests, and issuing certificates of insurance. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their coverage questions and assisting with claims processing. Ongoing professional development through continuing education is essential to stay informed about industry trends. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Team Manager to support overall team objectives.

Qualifications

1. Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred. 2. High school diploma, two years of college, or two years of insurance industry experience preferred. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. 4. Strong commitment to confidentiality and attention to detail. 5. Excellent time management abilities. 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 7. Ability to analyze insurance coverages, forms, and policies. 8. Familiarity with Applied Epic agency management system.
