Commercial & Data Business Analyst – Telecom, Billing, CDR

Job Description

Seeking a Commercial & Data Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for a global IT firm. Responsibilities include translating business needs into technical specifications, analyzing business processes, and identifying areas for improvement. The Analyst will act as a liaison between business, IT, and project teams. They will support billing, mediation, and CDR data flows. They will assist in pricing, rate card configuration, and revenue assurance. The Analyst will also develop test plans, coordinate User Acceptance Testing, and create documentation.

Qualifications

1. 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis. 2. Understanding of telecom billing, mediation, or data flows (CDR). 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 5. Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis. 6. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools. 7. Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 9. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
