Become a Commercial Auto Bodily Injury Adjuster and play a pivotal role in managing intricate liability claims at MFM. This position entails conducting comprehensive claim investigations, securing recorded statements, and ascertaining coverage. Adequately manage reserves while upholding well-organized, professional claim files, reports, and communication. Strategically negotiate settlements for equitable and prompt resolutions. Stay abreast of evolving legal statutes, policy conditions, and industry dynamics. Seamlessly navigate within a paperless Claims Management System. When necessary, attend legal proceedings, including depositions, mediations, and trials.

Qualifications

1. Possess 2+ years of experience handling Commercial Automobile or Motor Carrier Liability claims, including litigation. 2. Demonstrate strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. 3. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. 5. Maintain high organizational skills with keen attention to detail. 6. Capable of working independently in a fully remote environment. 7. Experience with mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations is essential. 8. Foster strong collaboration with legal counsel and claims teams. 9. Multi-State adjusting experience is highly desirable. 10. Insurance education and/or designations are a definite plus. 11. Exhibit a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, along with proficient keyboarding and technology skills.
