Job Description

Join as a Co-Founder and Tech Partner to architect and build our technical foundation. This includes co-designing the core system, integrating AI components (LLMs, semantic search, analytics), and implementing a modular, container-based platform using Docker and an API-first approach. You'll also connect existing systems via adapter logic, contribute to product strategy, select a sustainable open-source technology stack, support the Estonian startup ecosystem, and collaborate with funding bodies.

Qualifications

1. Experience in software development (ideally Python / backend / APIs) 2. Knowledge of AI / machine learning / LLM integration 3. Experience with container technologies and system architecture 4. Strong understanding of data structures, data models, and distributed systems 5. Interest in open-source ecosystems and privacy-focused solutions 6. Ability to structure and implement technical concepts independently 7. Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in a co-founder role 8. Strong networking mindset – ideally with exposure to startup ecosystems (experience in Estonia is a plus)
