As a Co-Founder/Founders Associate, you'll be involved in various aspects of our growing podcast, which focuses on trading and investing. Your responsibilities include: Podcast Production Support: Booking guests. Scheduling recordings. Conducting research on guests and topics. Operational Optimization: Coordinating Riverside recordings. Handling post-production tasks, such as audio and video editing. Uploading content to platforms like Spotify and YouTube. Growth Projects: Developing content strategies. Exploring monetization opportunities. Building and engaging with our community. Strategic Support: Managing projects. Analyzing data and providing insights. Automating processes to improve efficiency. This role offers significant scope to shape the direction of the podcast and make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have: 1. A passion for trading/investing and podcasts. 2. Experience in content creation or startup operations is a plus. 3. Strong organizational skills and structured thinking. 4. Fluency in German (native speaker preferred). 5. A team-player attitude with initiative – you thrive in early-stage environments and work efficiently.
