Job Description

Shape the future of healthcare AI as a Co-Founder & CEO. This role involves setting the strategic direction, refining the ideal customer profile (ICP), optimizing the pricing model, and solidifying product positioning for our HealthTech venture. You will spearhead pilot programs with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, converting them into long-term, revenue-generating engagements, and establishing a scalable go-to-market strategy. Collaborate closely with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch V1 of our AI solution, incorporating user feedback for continuous improvement. Lead the seed funding round, leveraging FutureSight's extensive network and proven success. Build and mentor the founding team, creating the cultural bedrock of the company.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a founder at a venture-backed company. 2. Extensive success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement. 3. Excellent fundraising skills, including crafting compelling investor narratives and securing capital. 4. Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain high-caliber talent. 5. Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities inherent in co-founding a venture-backed company. 6. Comprehensive knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain and workflows, with operational experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management. Possess a clear understanding of the operational differences between clinical/coding denials and administrative obstacles, and familiarity with EHR/PM systems.
