Co-Founder & CEO – AI Retail Planning

Job Description

Seeking a dynamic Co-Founder & CEO to spearhead Maestro, an AI-driven inventory planning venture within FutureSight studio. This pivotal role encompasses refining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), optimizing the pricing model, and establishing strong product positioning. You'll lead customer development efforts, including managing pilots with key personnel such as VPs, operations managers, and merchandise planners at top importers, distributors, and multi-channel retail brands. A core responsibility involves converting these pilots into successful paid engagements and developing a scalable go-to-market strategy. Partnering closely with the FutureSight product and engineering teams, you will drive the shipment of V1 and iterate based on valuable user feedback. You will also be at the forefront of leading the seed raise, with robust support from FutureSight's extensive network and existing traction. Lastly, you'll be instrumental in recruiting and guiding the founding team, establishing the cultural values of the company.

Qualifications

1. Proven previous founding experience at a venture-backed company. 2. Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including strong sales and customer engagement skills. 3. Exceptional fundraising abilities, including developing investor narratives and securing capital. 4. Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent. 5. Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company. 6. Deep, operational exposure to merchandise planning, inventory management, and multi-channel retail operations.
