Shape the future of AI-driven retail planning as a Co-Founder and CEO. Define the venture's strategic direction and spearhead its execution. Solidify the ideal customer profile (ICP), refine the pricing strategy, and sharpen product positioning. Spearhead pilot programs with key decision-makers at importers, distributors, and multi-channel retailers to secure conversions to paid engagements and establish a robust go-to-market approach. Work hand-in-hand with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to deliver V1 and iterate based on user feedback. Drive the seed fundraising efforts, supported by FutureSight's extensive network and proven traction. Recruit and guide the core founding team, establishing the cultural values of the company.

Qualifications

1. Prior experience as a founder at a venture-backed company. 2. Proven success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement. 3. Proficiency in fundraising, possessing the ability to craft compelling investor narratives and secure capital. 4. Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain high-caliber talent. 5. Clear comprehension of the inherent risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed entity. 6. Substantial operational expertise in merchandise planning, inventory management, and multi-channel retail operations.
