Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Co-Founder/CEO to lead the launch of an innovative AI-driven content intelligence platform. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of content creation and publishing. The ideal candidate will: * Acquire Customers: Initially, focus on securing internal design partners, followed by expanding to external users such as creators, teams, and agencies. Validate customer retention and willingness to invest in the platform. * Develop the Product: Collaborate with FutureSight’s dedicated product/engineering team to launch Version 1 of the platform. * Secure Funding: Spearhead the seed funding round, leveraging our initial investment to attract further capital. * Establish the Team: Recruit a high-caliber founding team and cultivate a strong, positive company culture.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with: 1. Founder-level Drive: Deeply motivated to co-found and lead a new venture as the CEO; a calling that resonates strongly. 2. Startup Scrappiness: A clear understanding of the challenges and rewards of building a company from the ground up. 3. Previous Founding Experience: Proven experience co-founding a product company, B2B SaaS venture, or significant involvement in a venture-backed company. 4. Risk Appetite and Capacity: Comfortable with the inherent risks of entrepreneurship. 5. GTM Expertise: Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies. 6. Fundraising Acumen: Ability to craft compelling investor narratives and secure capital; a strong network within fintech and early-stage investment communities. 7. People Leadership: A talent magnet, capable of attracting and developing top-tier talent while fostering a positive culture. 8. Domain Knowledge: Experience within the creator economy, marketing technology, social platforms, or knowledge work tooling.
