Cloud Services Admin
Job Description
As a Cloud Services Admin, you'll be a key escalation point for complex technical issues, independently resolving problems and mentoring support agents. You'll also handle overflow customer calls, providing expert assistance and detailed documentation. Expect to engage in special projects to enhance your skills and contribute to team success.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in administering at least two of the following: Windows Server, Linux (Red Hat, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu, etc.). 2. Familiarity with Hypervisors like Nutanix AHV, VMware ESXi, KVM. 3. Knowledge of Data Protection technologies, such as Commvault, Zerto, Acronis, Cohesity, or similar Backup/DR solutions. 4. Understanding of Public Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google. 5. Proficiency in CloudTools: Monitoring or Security platforms 6. Flexibility for after-hours support and participation in on-call rotations. 7. Experience in a data center, service provider, or telecom environment. 8. Certifications in Cloud, Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, Storage, and VDI preferred. 9. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. 10. Eagerness to learn, innovate, and maintain an open mind. 11. Excellent collaboration, empathy, and interpersonal abilities.
