Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions, focusing on hybrid cloud environments. This role involves: * Architecting and designing hybrid infrastructure solutions spanning on-premises and Azure environments. * Designing and implementing VMware-based platforms (vSphere, vSAN, NSX) using Dell infrastructure. * Spearheading infrastructure transformation initiatives, including migrations and modernization projects. * Optimizing environments to enhance performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. * Defining and implementing robust high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies. * Providing expert guidance on intricate and high-stakes infrastructure projects. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold optimal practices in infrastructure architecture and delivery.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess: 1. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in infrastructure architecture and hybrid cloud environments. 2. Strong proficiency in the VMware ecosystem (vSphere, vCenter, NSX, vSAN). 3. Experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, governance, hybrid setups). 4. Hands-on experience with Dell Technologies (PowerEdge, VxRail, PowerStore, or similar). 5. Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPN, ExpressRoute, load balancing). 6. Experience with automation tools (Terraform, PowerShell, or similar). 7. Background working within complex enterprise environments. 8. Relevant certifications (VMware, Azure, or Dell) are a plus. 9. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 11. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
