Cloud Analyst

Job Description

Join Keyrus as a Cloud Analyst and play a vital role in maintaining our cloud environments (AWS and Azure). Support N1, N2, and N3 teams, ensuring operational SLAs and KPIs are met. You'll be instrumental in incident, problem, and change management following ITIL practices. Develop and maintain runbooks and operational procedures, contribute to root cause analyses (RCA) and drive continuous improvement. Provide technical support during critical cloud environment situations, participate in CABs, changes, and releases. Offer technical mentorship to the team, and develop and report on operational metrics.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure). 2. Solid understanding of cloud architecture, high availability, and disaster recovery (DR). 3. Hands-on experience with ITIL/ITSM and operating critical environments. 4. Experience in environment monitoring. 5. Intermediate knowledge of SQL for operational queries and analysis.
