Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in life sciences or clinical research. 2. Strong Clinical Research Associate (CRA) background. 3. Experience in site selection, feasibility, timeline planning, and recruitment. 4. Comprehensive knowledge of clinical research processes. 5. Project management and organizational skills. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 8. Proficiency in clinical trial management software. 9. Analytical and problem-solving skills. 10. Attention to detail and accuracy. 11. Ability to manage multiple priorities. 12. Fluency in German and English. 13. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. 14.
