Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field. 2. Over 5 years of experience in areas such as Healthcare Operations or Clinical Transformation. 3. Expertise in informatics, Lean Six Sigma, and change management methodologies. 4. Strong communication skills and advanced computer skills (Miro, Microsoft Office, Visio). 5. Customer-focused mindset with willingness to travel nationally approximately 60% of the time.
