Clinical Training Specialist – Cardiovascular

Job Description

Become a Clinical Training Specialist, contributing to patient well-being by ensuring the field team is thoroughly prepared with V-Wave product knowledge and adherence to Instructions for Use (IFU). Play a role in onboarding commercial staff through diverse training methods, concentrating on both V-Wave products and essential clinical expertise. Participate as a Train-the-Trainer program member, facilitate engaging sessions, and coach the V-Wave field team on optimal practices. Provide essential clinical support during commercial cases, aiding device preparation and handling, and continuously refine training programs while maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires close collaboration with team members and consistent adherence to internal policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

1. Requires a minimum of 5 years' professional experience, including at least 2 years in direct patient care and 2 years of field experience within the cardiovascular area. 2. Solid cardiology experience is essential, including experience with cardiac imaging. 3. Completion of training in nursing or a clinical-technical field is a prerequisite. 4. Experience as a Clinical Trainer is preferred. 5. Must have a strong passion for training and demonstrable teaching experience. 6. Excellent communication skills in German and English are required. 7. Must be capable of communicating information clearly and effectively. 8. Strong time management and organizational skills are essential. 9. Proven track record of building effective relationships with stakeholders is necessary. 10. Ability to lead teams and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills is required. 11. Must have an independent and compliance-oriented working style. 12. High flexibility and willingness to travel extensively (minimum 75%) is necessary.
