Clinical Sourcing Specialist – Part-Time

Job Description

We are looking for a Clinical Sourcing Specialist to help us find and engage with talented CNMs, WHNPs, and LCSWs. In this role, you will: - Source qualified candidates using various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, PracticeLink, social media, and networking. - Reach out to potential candidates, sparking their interest in opportunities with us. - Collaborate with the Clinical Recruitment Manager and hiring managers to define the ideal candidate profile for each role and location. - Maintain a well-organized sourcing pipeline in our ATS and other tools. - Contribute to building long-term talent pipelines for both current and future needs. - Represent our team and brand professionally and warmly.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have: 1. At least 2 years of experience in healthcare sourcing or recruiting, specifically for clinical or licensed roles. 2. A solid understanding of the roles and responsibilities of CNMs, WHNPs, and LCSWs, or a strong desire to learn quickly. 3. Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates and thinking creatively when traditional methods are insufficient. 4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals. 5. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in using ATS systems (like Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
