Job Description

Join Keypath Education as a Clinical Placement Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting university student clinical placements. This position involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure efficient operations. * Manage schedules, bookings, and travel arrangements to support student placements. * Maintain and update the student communications calendar to keep students informed. * Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication. * Work closely with Placement Team Leads on daily operational activities to ensure program success. * Track project activity, costs, and reporting updates to monitor progress and performance. * Assist with the coordination of team meetings and offsite events to foster collaboration. * Prepare and distribute student placement documentation, including confirmation letters and WIL agreements to ensure compliance. * Coordinate agency and student feedback surveys to gather valuable insights for improvement. * Assist hiring managers with end-to-end recruitment processes to support team growth.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Clinical Placement Administrator at Keypath Education, you will need: 1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration or office support, demonstrating relevant experience. 2. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to effectively manage competing priorities. 3. Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner to interact with stakeholders. 4. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 5. Comfortable learning and working with new systems and technology to adapt to changing requirements. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to perform administrative tasks.
