Clinical Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the Remote RN Triage service line, ensuring high-quality patient care. You will manage a team of remote registered nurses, develop and implement policies, and drive continuous service delivery improvements. Your responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance metric analysis to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. 2. Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) Compact license. 3. Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience. 4. Previous experience in a leadership or management role overseeing clinical staff. 5. Oncology Experience preferred. 6. Strong leadership and team management skills. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems. 9. Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement initiatives. 10. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and telehealth best practices.
