Clinic Growth Manager

Job Description

Design and oversee a clinic community program, including newsletters, referral initiatives, peer recognition, and digital engagement. Organize clinic-centric seminars and educational webinars on key topics such as platform best practices, workflow optimization, and feature updates. Create best practice guides and self-help resources to maximize platform value for clinics. Host best practice sessions to facilitate knowledge sharing, provide helpful tips, and announce platform updates. Analyze usage trends, sales data, and platform interaction to identify clinics that are underperforming and implement re-engagement plans. Monitor health metrics on the platform to detect at-risk accounts before churn occurs. Serve as a feedback channel between clinics and the product team, communicating clinic needs and advocating for necessary improvements. Utilize AI tools and collaborate with the data team to build and maintain dashboards that track clinic health, engagement, and growth. Produce regular business reviews with data-driven insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree 2. 3-5 years in community engagement, growth marketing, customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, ideally in a SaaS or tech company 3. Proven ability to drive measurable growth across a customer base 4. Comfortable with data analysis and reporting 5. Experience in building community programs and customer education initiatives 6. Excellent communication skills for seminars and newsletters 7. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs 8. Skilled in translating user feedback into program decisions 9. Veterinary, healthcare, or life sciences experience is a plus
