Client Success Specialist – Licensing and Subscription
Job Description
Join our team as a Client Success Specialist, where you'll drive client retention and boost profitability through effective licensing and subscription strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations, ensuring scalability as our licensing and subscription services grow. Serve as a key partner to clients, NRI Alliance Partners, and our sales and delivery teams, focusing on strengthening retention, increasing service adoption, and expanding our partners' solution offerings.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with ongoing professional development. 2. 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft, Cisco, Databricks, and/or Nvidia licensing and subscription business. 3. Strong business acumen and proven ability to achieve goals independently. 4. Demonstrated client management skills with a focus on long-term licensing strategy. 5. Knowledge of Software Asset Management principles. 6. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. 7. Experience researching Microsoft, Cisco, Databricks, and/or Nvidia products and policies. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SalesForce. 9. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free analysis. 10. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. 11. Trustworthy with excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. 12. Direct experience with Microsoft, Cisco, Databricks, and/or Nvidia licensing and subscription functions.
