Job Description

Become a Client Success Specialist and help manage client onboarding, Virtual Assistant (VA) readiness, and ensure early-stage account success. Guarantee a seamless onboarding process through effective client communication and alignment of expectations with VA performance. Facilitate onboarding sessions and collaborate with various departments. Conduct follow-ups to ensure a smooth transition to live operations. Monitor and coordinate VA readiness with internal teams. Track and report on onboarding progress and client feedback. Provide accurate and timely reporting to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

1. 1-2 years of experience in client success, account management, or client-facing roles. 2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. 3. High level of proactiveness and accountability. 4. Strong organizational and documentation abilities. 5. Capability to manage multiple onboarding schedules at once. 6. Confidence in independent client communication. 7. Experience in Virtual Assistant, home care, or service-based industries (Preferred). 8. Familiarity with onboarding processes and client lifecycle management (Preferred). 9. Experience working with cross-functional teams (Preferred).
