Client Success Manager

Job Description

As a Client Success Manager, you'll be a strategic partner, aligning SeatGeek's technology with client business goals to boost revenue and create mutually beneficial solutions. Your role involves identifying and implementing opportunities for product adoption, commercial improvements, and enhancing the fan experience to elevate client performance. You will lead business reviews, providing insights to support renewals, adoption, and overall client success. You will also cultivate strong client relationships to generate advocacy through case studies, referrals, and industry exposure. You will manage daily communication, resolve issues, and build trust with a portfolio of clients, including complex accounts. You will travel to client events (25-30%) to support engagement. Analyze product usage, sales, and financial data to guide strategic decisions. You'll quarterback internal projects, collaborating across departments, and contribute to internal planning efforts.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years in a client-facing role (customer success, account management, consulting, or partnerships) in a SaaS, tech, or entertainment setting. 2. Track record of driving client outcomes and improving business performance. 3. Deep understanding of commercial and financial aspects and their impact on P&L. 4. Strong communication and presentation skills to simplify complexity. 5. Confidence working with data and platforms like Looker and Google Suite. 6. Problem-solver who takes initiative and adapts quickly. 7. Collaborative mindset with a "one team" approach. 8. Willingness to travel to client locations regularly (~25%-30%). 9. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
