Job Description
Become a strategic business ally managing a varied customer portfolio. Handle day-to-day tasks, conduct high-level strategic sessions, and oversee contract negotiations. Advocate for client needs, funneling valuable feedback to operations and product teams, spurring improvements and innovation. Boost client retention and growth by thoroughly understanding their business models, fee structures, and tech requirements. Drive ecosystem utilization via robust growth strategies. Proactively address account risks, utilizing internal resources for effective solutions. Guide the account management team, sharing insights and fostering growth. Maintain compliance and ensure transparent communication. Represent the company at industry and on-site events, meeting with clients for strategic reviews and product demos.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience managing complex accounts in real estate. 2. Track record in renewal negotiations and understanding MLS technology. 3. Ability to translate volume and revenue stats into opportunities. 4. Natural rapport-building and clear communication skills. 5. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 6. 1+ years experience in client success/account management/sales. 7. 3+ years in Real Estate technology. 8. MLS/Association experience preferred. 9. Independent worker with good judgment and influencing skills. 10. Strong verbal and written skills. 11. Goal-focused with strong work ethic. 12. Detail-oriented and multitasking ability. 13. Results-driven and persistent. 14. Excellent customer service skills. 15. Proficient in Microsoft Office. 16. Salesforce experience a plus. 17. Strong organizational and project management skills. 18. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
