Job Description

Join our team as a Client Success Manager and play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence for our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) services. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email on a daily basis. Collaborate closely with internal teams including account management, clinical, member care, business analysts, data analytics, and business development to deliver comprehensive solutions. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the execution of client communication plans, coordinating client review meetings, and participating in implementation calls and open enrollment events. You'll also work with the Client Success Executive on reporting and analysis of claims data to identify drug trends, financial performance, and cost-saving opportunities for clients. Proficiency in CRM and proprietary software is essential, as you'll be responsible for adjusting plan parameters, providing reports, managing ID cards, and ensuring data accuracy in CRM. Play an active role in the onboarding process and contribute to employee introductory meetings, while taking on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred for this role. 2. Must be capable of effectively communicating with TrueScripts clients, providing solutions to their challenges. 3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products is essential. 4. A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and keen attention to detail. 5. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and maintain good organizational skills. 6. Must be able to multitask and adjust priorities as business needs change. 7. Ability to communicate and work effectively under pressure while maintaining confidentiality. 8. Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. 9. Adaptability and willingness to take on different responsibilities as required. 10. A strong desire to learn about business processes in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry.
