Job Description

As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication, clear updates, and proactive issue resolution to maintain client confidence and satisfaction. Build long-term, trust-based relationships, driving retention, referrals, and overall client experience. Review campaign performance, translate insights into actionable steps, and identify opportunities for additional services to support business growth.

Qualifications

1. 2–4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Digital Marketing. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. 3. Comfortable with data, reporting, and performance metrics. 4. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. 5. Experience with CRMs, reporting tools, or marketing platforms. Nice to Have 1. Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) 2. Background in paid ads, lead generation, or social media marketing 3. Experience in agency, coaching, or consulting environments
