Client Services Associate

Job Description

As a Client Services Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers. Your responsibilities include aiding in the training of new team members, maintaining training checklists, and evaluating the work of new hires as needed. You may handle a larger workload or manage a complex territory based on business needs. Address and resolve common issues, escalating complex cases to the leadership team. Respond to all customer communications (phone, email, web inquiries) with professionalism and positivity. Contribute to territory growth by resolving cases quickly and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and company objectives. Maintain thorough documentation of all communications and follow-up actions. Adhere to SOPs for data entry and verification. Enter and qualify new customer information into Salesforce.com and LIMS. Contact medical personnel to obtain missing information. Partner with the Clinical lab to ensure accurate client information. Send patient reports as requested. Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Assist with administrative tasks and kit ordering. Achieve team and individual metrics.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or a related field is preferred. 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with customers in a pharma, diagnostic, medical device, biotech, or healthcare setting is required. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. 4. Experience with Salesforce (CRM) is advantageous. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with computer proficiency, are necessary. 6. The ability to multitask, work independently, and use good judgment is required. 7. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client escalations professionally are important. 8. Flexibility in working hours to meet client and company needs is necessary. 9. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is considered a plus.
