Client Service Specialist
Job Description
Join Connect America as a Client Service Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in providing administrative and customer support remotely. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls through the Five9 phone system, efficiently resolving issues, and directing calls appropriately. Additionally, you'll promptly address service verification requests and accurately process emergency incident reports. Your role includes entering client information into Salesforce, coordinating communication between field technicians and clients, and maintaining updated databases. You will also monitor shared email inboxes and ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and data privacy requirements. Your work supports the mission of client-centered service, promoting independent living.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience 2. College degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience 3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 4. Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities, particularly in a remote environment 5. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills 6. High attention to detail and accuracy 7. Proficiency with Windows-based computers, Microsoft Office applications, email, and web-based platforms 8. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
