Client Relationship Manager
Job Description
HUB International is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support our lenders. Responsibilities include training and supporting lenders, providing daily support and promptly addressing inquiries with professional solutions. Manage client relationships, oversee new lender onboarding, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams. Escalate complex issues as needed to ensure comprehensive resolution.
Qualifications
1. Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. 2. Excellent judgment and discretion with lenders and staff are essential. 3. Must have the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Flexibility to adapt to new projects and tasks is necessary. 5. Must promote the HUB culture with lenders and staff. 6. Requires the ability to handle existing and new tasks independently. 7. Outstanding follow-up skills for timely responses to lenders’ needs are critical. 8. Strong organizational skills are a must. 9. Keen attention to detail is essential. 10. Requires outstanding written and oral communication skills.
