Client Partner Program Manager
Job Description
Tinuiti is seeking a Client Partner Program Manager to oversee project delivery and enhance process development. This role involves managing workflows via task management software, ensuring accountability for project delivery across channels. The manager will partner with client delivery teams to own roadmaps for tech-stack onboarding and planning cycles. Responsibilities include administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, note-taking, coordinating with vendors, and onboarding new team members. Additionally, the manager will support the creation of cross-functional decks and presentations.
Qualifications
1. Requires 3-4 years of project management experience, ideally at a digital agency. 2. Must be proficient in project management software like Jira, Wrike, Asana, and productivity tools such as MS Office and Google Workspace. 3. Exemplary organization skills are essential, with the ability to drive and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. 4. Strong oral and written communication skills are needed to engage with internal and external stakeholders across various levels. 5. Must be detail-oriented and adaptable to changing scopes, deadlines, and priorities.
