Job Description

Drive business growth and achieve targets through direct involvement and collaboration with the sales team. Identify and develop new leads, assess opportunities, and effectively promote Argano's consulting services and digital solutions to close deals. Integrate insights from across Argano's business units to gain a deep understanding of client objectives and challenges. Use these insights to identify opportunities for strengthening client relationships and expanding business by leveraging Argano's comprehensive suite of services. Lead cross-functional teams to create integrated solutions addressing client needs from diverse perspectives and encourage collaboration between departments. Actively engage clients in the planning and solution development process, aligning long-term goals for success. Identify growth opportunities and potential risks, and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks in real time. Create clear roadmaps with milestones, ownership, and success metrics, ensuring accountability across teams for timely execution and measurable progress. Regularly evaluate account plans, incorporate client feedback, and adjust strategies based on the evolving business landscape. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess progress, adapt strategies, and plan next steps in collaboration with leadership. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, economics, or a related field. 2. 15+ years of experience managing strategic accounts in a consulting or professional services organization. 3. Proven track record in driving growth across multi-million-dollar accounts and delivering results for large-scale, complex clients. 4. Experience working in industry paired with a strong consulting background with a focus on manufacturing, engineering & construction, high-tech, retail & distribution, life sciences, or food & beverage. 5. Deep expertise in ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft) and digital transformation services. 6. Experience in Data Orchestration and AI Performance Planning experience. 7. Demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with c-level decision-makers, influencing stakeholders, and building long-term partnerships. 8. Proven ability to lead cross-practice teams and align multiple functions to achieve shared goals, ensuring that all contributors remain focused on the client’s success. 9. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, execution, and continuous performance improvement.
