Client Manager – Personal Lines

Job Description

We're seeking a Client Manager to oversee an assigned book of business. Responsibilities include: - Managing day-to-day client accounts - Communicating with clients regarding policy changes, renewals, payments, and claims - Identifying and developing personal insurance opportunities - Maintaining the agency management computer program - Staying updated on industry changes and trends - Actively closing sales to meet client needs - Understanding business and earnings implications in all activities

Qualifications

We require a Client Manager with: 1. Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License 2. Excellent organizational skills 3. Excellent interpersonal skills 4. Excellent communication skills 5. Ability to work in a team environment 6. Minimum 1 year of insurance industry experience servicing personal accounts 7. Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverage and markets 8. Experience with a client management system (AMS360 preferred) 9. Experience with Excel and Word
