Client Finance Coordinator – Advertising
Job Description
We are looking for a Client Finance Coordinator to manage end-to-end revenue tracking for assigned clients. This role involves ensuring accurate revenue recording aligned with contracts, reconciling data, monitoring work in progress, and collaborating with billing and operations teams for timely invoicing. You'll also support month-end and quarter-end close activities, improve tracking tools, and identify risks and process gaps to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in finance, client finance, or revenue operations. 2. Hands-on experience with revenue tracking, WIP management, billing, and financial reporting. 3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. 4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments. 5. Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, billing). 6. Experience working under SOX-controlled environments and understanding of internal controls is a plus. 7. Advanced proficiency in Excel is required. 8. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Maconomy) is a plus.
