Job Description

Become a Client Experience Specialist, supporting advisory practices in Wealth Management. You'll deliver top-notch client service through proactive engagement, campaign outreach, and efficient request handling. Collaborate with advisors to cultivate lasting client relationships. Identify financial planning opportunities, gather necessary data, and coordinate advisory team delivery. Prepare documentation for advisory team meetings and introductions. Partner with advisory and specialist teams to boost wallet share. Ensure service request quality for accuracy and timeliness. Facilitate client appreciation efforts.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience. 2. 2+ years of experience in financial services or customer experience. 3. Experience in client service roles. 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time-sensitive tasks. 5. Proactive self-starter with strong organizational and presentation skills. 6. Current FINRA Series 65 registration required. 7. Experience in brokerage trading and trade approval. 8. Motivated with a track record of service excellence. 9. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. 10. Desire to attain preferred qualifications (e.g. CFP, CRPC). 11. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Salesforce, NetX360, and other systems. 12. Professional demeanor with ability to establish trust and build client relationships. 13. Proven ability to navigate client needs and deliver optimal outcomes.
