Client Experience Manager – RCM
Job Description
Become the primary point of contact for client relationships, facilitating crucial connections and decisions. Oversee the performance and financial stability of assigned client accounts, developing a deep understanding of each client's practices, and proactively communicating performance insights, trends, and best practices. Regularly evaluate client experience and satisfaction, pinpointing areas for enhancement and collaborating with resources to drive change. Serve as an expert on UnisLink Operations, guiding clients in using UnisLink's technology and overseeing client projects. Participate in contract renewals and maintain expertise in the RCM industry. Promote UnisLink's values and ensure data confidentiality.
Qualifications
1. High School Diploma required. 2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience. 3. Minimum of 2 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience. 4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 5. Proven ability to cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. 6. Comprehensive knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 9. Excellent presentation skills. 10. Innovative and creative thinking abilities. 11. Demonstrated ability to assess challenges and implement effective solutions. 12. Highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of thriving both independently and in a team.
