Responsibilities include: - Consulting with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and trip goals. - Researching destinations, suppliers, and current promotions. - Designing customized itineraries for vacations, cruises, and group experiences. - Coordinating reservations including flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities. - Providing clients with clear details regarding schedules, documentation, and policies. - Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications. - Monitoring reservations and assist with modifications or support as needed. - Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Participating in ongoing training and professional development.
