Client Director – Team Lead, GTS

Job Description

Join our team and gain access to senior technology leaders in global accounts, fostering trust-based relationships. Lead account strategies to drive growth, develop account solutions, and orchestrate planning with sales teams. Coach team members, understand client business strategies, and identify value delivery opportunities. Attract and retain top talent, drive prospecting execution, and become a trusted advisor to clients. Manage accounts to increase customer engagement and retention. Meet quota responsibilities, master sales methodology, and leverage competitive knowledge.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 15 years of overall experience. 2. Minimum of 10 years of sales experience. 3. Past leadership experience is strongly preferred. 4. Proven track record of success in consultative selling, ideally in technology sales. 5. Experience building relationships with C-Level clients in multinational companies. 6. Proficiency in global account planning and territory management. 7. Experience building trust-based client relationships. 8. Understanding of technology buying centers. 9. Strong presentation and business application skills. 10. Proficiency in navigating the sales process. 11. Bachelor’s degree is desired. 12. Master’s degree is a plus.
