Client Delivery Manager
Job Description
Manage the client delivery process, overseeing all facets of product and platform implementation from inception to completion. Spearhead delivery by deploying new products and services. Handle complex projects with multiple interdependencies. Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business needs and implement tailored CoreLogic product and technology solutions. Offer ongoing support to clients while addressing a diverse range of issues. Serve as a client advocate and subject matter expert, providing valuable feedback to internal teams. Train and mentor team members to enhance their capabilities. Manage client requirements to ensure successful completion in alignment with compliance standards and client expectations. Coordinate essential activities to resolve significant client issues and manage change control effectively. Act as the primary escalation point for product and platform-specific concerns.
Qualifications
1. Proven communication skills, including written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation abilities. 2. Proficiency in data and business analysis. 3. Strong skills in Excel. 4. Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) is advantageous. 5. Familiarity with AI concepts is beneficial. 6. Experience in the Insurance and Spatial sectors is a plus. 7. Knowledge of Insurance Underwriting practices is advantageous.
