Claims Manager

Job Description

Aikan is looking for a Claims Manager to manage a portfolio of home insurance (MRH) claims and third-party property recovery claims. Responsibilities include receiving claim notifications via email and phone, guiding clients through the claim process, and contributing to the establishment and maintenance of our partnerships.

Qualifications

1. Degree in law and/or insurance. 2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in claims handling. 3. Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information. 4. Customer satisfaction focus with good listening and empathy. 5. Rigorous and methodical approach. 6. Enjoys autonomous work with a team spirit.
