Job Description

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead our operational strategy and drive growth. This role involves developing and implementing an AI strategy for non-R&D departments and owning the financial and non-financial goals. The COO will communicate a clear vision of goals, strategies, and philosophies related to growth, revenue, and customer care. The successful candidate will be hands-on in day-to-day operations, including sales performance, opportunity management, forecasting, and customer project delivery. They will drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and executing growth strategies. Responsibilities include developing sales operations and infrastructure, maintaining competitive intelligence programs, and improving the use of CRM and internal tools. Additionally, the COO will create and implement KPIs for the sales team, manage key relationships with large accounts, and attend trade shows. They will execute a long-term customer success program, monitor metrics, and coordinate customer satisfaction surveys. Ensuring profitable projects by monitoring billable utilizations and contribution margin is also a key responsibility, along with establishing strategies to increase NRR and tracking results monthly.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical or business discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 2. 5+ years of cross-functional team management experience and P&L management within the SaaS Vertical Market, Travel & Leisure preferred. 3. Experience with AI Automation efficiencies in Sales/Marketing/Support/Professional Services. 4. Hardware sourcing and integrated payment processing experience is a plus. 5. Ability to lead performance and financial health in a business. 6. Proven entrepreneurial spirit and pace-setter traits. 7. Broad financial acumen across the organization is mandatory. 8. History of developing successful strategies for customer acquisition and market penetration. 9. Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems. 10. Excellent Leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 11. A 'roll up the sleeves' attitude is essential. 12. Goal-oriented with comfort in setting measurable goals. 13. Willingness to travel 30% for internal and customer meetings. 14. Professional level of English, both written and verbal, is mandatory. 15. Must be legally authorized to work/travel in Canada and the USA.
