As Chief of Staff, you will: - Synthesize and maintain a clear, unified roadmap across all squads, ensuring alignment and focus. - Drive the operating rhythm, design the cadence, and promote an async-first writing culture within the Hub. - Prepare key leadership and Board communications, ensuring clarity and strategic messaging. - Coordinate critical cross-squad product and operational decisions, fostering collaboration and efficiency. - Partner closely with the Hub lead on pivotal strategic questions, contributing to the overall direction. - Support downstream hiring efforts, ensuring the team's growth and capability.
Qualifications
1. 8+ years of experience in roles demanding senior judgment under ambiguity, demonstrating strong decision-making skills. 2. Proven experience operating effectively across multiple teams or workstreams, showcasing exceptional coordination abilities. 3. A strong written-first operator, with excellent communication and documentation skills. 4. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, design, and marketing teams. 5. A daily user of AI-augmented workflows, staying at the forefront of technological advancements. 6. Comfortable acting as a senior IC peer and thought partner to other leaders, offering valuable insights and support. 7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, ensuring effective communication across the organization.
