Job Description

Join Honest Health as a Chief Medical Officer, partnering with the Market General Manager to supervise all medical activities. Provide medical leadership, guiding programs encompassing diagnosis and documentation. Collaborate with medical group leaders, driving the implementation of value-based care strategies. Lead the Director of Nursing & Clinical Operations and/or Market Clinical Director, addressing clinical challenges and resolving patient concerns effectively. Cultivate strong relationships with external partner practices to enhance the organization's medical network.

Qualifications

1. Must possess an unrestricted MD or DO state license, along with board certification. 2. A minimum of 4 years' experience in a medical leadership position, preferably in value-based care settings. 3. Deep knowledge of geriatrics, chronic disease management, and palliative care. 4. Skilled in coordinating and collaborating with a diverse array of healthcare professionals. 5. Dependable access to high-speed internet is essential. 6. Consistent travel to various work sites is required. 7. Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain motor vehicle insurance.
