Job Description
Join Nomagic as a Channel Manager and play a crucial role in operationalizing and scaling our partner ecosystem. As the first hire in the channel team, you will report directly to the Global Partnerships Director, transforming strategic blueprints into a functional operation. Your mission involves connecting partner sales teams with valuable opportunities, generating pipeline, and ensuring the progression of every partner deal. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner activation and refine sales strategies. Qualifications
1. Experience: 5–10 years in channel sales, management, or partner operations, preferably with System Integrators in industrial or warehouse automation. Understanding of SI sales processes, pipeline building, and partner sales team activation. 2. Sales Mindset: A focus on selling, capable of assisting partners in identifying opportunities, co-qualifying deals, analyzing pipelines, and escalating issues as needed. 3. Builder Mentality: Comfortable as a first hire, capable of building and improving processes with a bias for action. 4. Operational Rigor: Think in systems, maintain CRM hygiene, track certifications, and manage MDF governance. 5. Communication: Clear, direct, and professional in both verbal and written formats. Ability to conduct pipeline reviews and prepare executive QBR decks. 6. Languages: Bilingual or native-level English is required. German is strongly preferred, with French or Nordic languages as an advantage. 7. Tool Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, partner portals/PRM platforms, and LMS tools. Skilled in building dashboards and configuring workflows. 8. Summit Climber: Hands-on attitude, driven to achieve results, and adaptable to the pace of a fast-growing startup.
