Certified Gainsight Administrator

Job Description

Seeking a Certified Gainsight Administrator to technically implement Gainsight features, including Data Designer, Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, and Health Scorecards. This role involves managing data ingestion from Salesforce and other sources, ensuring data integrity through cleaning and mapping. You'll build automated email programs in Journey Orchestrator, monitor rule performance, and maintain documentation for the CS Ops team.

Qualifications

1. Must be an Active Gainsight Certified Administrator (Level 3). 2. Expert understanding of Gainsight’s Data Object model (MDA) and its interaction with Salesforce objects. 3. Proficient in using calculated fields, TO_STRING / TO_DATE transformations, and complex filters in Data Designer. 4. Strong understanding of the Gainsight-Salesforce connector and troubleshooting sync errors. 5. Ability to translate written business requirements into step-by-step logic in the Rules Engine. 6. Experience with Survey logic and conditional formatting within JO. 7. Background in SQL or advanced Excel for complex data manipulation. 8. Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, focusing on Renewals and Expansions.
