Job Description

Spearhead workforce solutions initiatives with enterprise clients. Forge connections with CHROs, Talent Acquisition leaders, and HR executives. Drive intricate sales processes from lead generation to contract closure. Partner with internal teams to create bespoke workforce strategies, including RPO and talent support. Define engagement models and pricing. Foster enduring client relationships and pursue account expansion. Act as a strategic advisor on workforce matters. Secure major deals and fuel the company's growth, establishing key client partnerships.

Qualifications

1. 8-12+ years in workforce solutions or staffing sales. 2. Experience selling enterprise services like RPO and outsourcing. 3. Proven success closing $500K-$2M+ deals. 4. Experience working with HR and talent leaders. 5. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship skills.
