Job Description

Join refurbed as a Category & Sales Marketing Analyst and drive growth by strategically prioritizing and allocating budgets across diverse categories and markets. Manage promotions from start to finish, executing voucher campaigns and assessing their effectiveness. Serve as a vital link between Marketing and Supply teams, consolidating forecasts, stock information, pricing strategies, and partner insights to ensure alignment. Empower brands and partners by overseeing key performance indicators and guaranteeing data availability for activation. Develop tools, dashboards, and documentation to promote self-service capabilities within teams and identify opportunities for automation. Support successful performance by translating category priorities into targeted marketing channels, ensuring campaign success.

Qualifications

1. Possess 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, category management, marketing operations, performance marketing, or commercial strategy. 2. Demonstrate strong analytical and data-handling skills to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. 3. Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, reliability, and operational effectiveness. 4. Comfortable coordinating with diverse teams and handling multiple workstreams across various categories, markets, and performance channels. 5. Display a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities. 6. Familiarity with consumer electronics/SDA is advantageous. 7. Experience in promotions or marketplace operations is preferred. 8. Bonus: Fundamental understanding of performance marketing, including Search/Shopping, Paid Social, and Affiliates.
